VERSION WINTER COLLECTION 09

Simplistic Elegance and Wandering Femininity are the two trends that our Winter 09 range is focused around.

Simplistic Elegance includes such elements as architectural style lines and sculptured high collars.  Softly styled military and college details are emerging. Shapes are pure but harmonious. Tapered and tulip silhouettes are being created with voluminous pleated insets resulting is a visual contradiction which is ever so eye catching.

Wandering Femininity This theme has been very selective in gathering oriental and gypsy influences to create garments of whimsical luxury and elegance. Detailing includes transparent layers of mystery, sophisticated appliqué, tubular grooves, loose styling, smudged prints and a kaleidoscope of lines and colours.

These two trends merge and work in total harmony creating a styled but effortless look.

Shapes to look for include voluminous collars, egg and balloon silhouette, with bolero, shoulder wraps and accessories of tubular scarves, slouchy berets and glovelets.

Colours are blacks, greys, neutral shades with jeweled highlights of ruby and regal.

The Version Imagine range consists of approximately 50 pieces and is targeted to the 25 upwards age group and covers sizes form 10 -22. Our designs follow the international trends but in an extremely wearable fashion with a strong focus on quality. Our specialty is natural fibres including 100% Merino and Possum yarns. All our product lines continue to be manufactured at our Auckland Factory in East Tamaki.

Our Imagine range will be released at Fashion Exposed in Melbourne beginning 14^th September at the Exhibition Centre. Please feel free to come and visit it us at Stand 3940.
